Welcome to Levation, operated by Susan Richardson van Dooren. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.levation.ch (the “Website”) and the services offered, including in-person treatments, distance healing sessions (live via Zoom or asynchronous with written feedback), and any digital products.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to your engagement with any social media accounts affiliated with Levation (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms operated by Susan Richardson van Dooren). By interacting with, following, commenting on, sharing, or messaging these accounts (including viewing content, participating in discussions, or using any linked resources), you agree to abide by these Terms, including all disclaimers, liability limitations, releases, and governing law provisions. The content on these platforms is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or guaranteed results.
By booking a session, making a payment, engaging in affiliated social media, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Services
Levation offers complementary holistic services, including craniosacral therapy, energy work, hypnotherapy elements, and distance healing sessions. These services are designed to support wellbeing, balance, vitality, pain reduction, and personal growth. They are strictly complementary to conventional medical and psychological care.

Our services are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy. Susan Richardson van Dooren is not a medical doctor or licensed psychologist and cannot diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. The services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are encouraged to continue with your primary healthcare providers and to consult them regarding any health concerns.
Temporary emotional, energetic, or physical reactions (sometimes called “healing reactions”) may occur as part of the body’s natural process of release and rebalancing. These are usually short-lived, but you remain fully responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing and seeking appropriate medical attention if needed.
2. Client Eligibility and Responsibility
- In-person treatments are suitable for clients of all ages, including babies and children.
- For minors (under 18), the parent or legal guardian booking the treatment is providing consent and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation in the treatment. The parent or legal guardian is not required to remain present during the session.
- Distance healing sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Clients under 18 may only participate with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, which must be confirmed during the booking process.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information in any intake and/or booking forms and to disclose relevant health conditions.
- Levation reserves the right to refuse or postpone service, in its sole discretion, if a client’s disclosed or observed condition falls outside the scope of complementary holistic support (e.g., acute psychiatric crises or untreated serious medical conditions).
Upon booking or purchasing a Distance Healing Session, prerecorded Course, or Meditation with Levation/Susan Richardson van Dooren, you, the Client, expressly and voluntarily confirm and agree to the following, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You have freely and voluntarily chosen to participate and have requested the session of your own accord.
- You alone are responsible for all decisions and consequences in your life following the session.
- You accept complete responsibility for your own medical, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
- You are at least 18 years of age and not declared legally incompetent (or, if under 18, you are booking with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, as confirmed during the booking process and as set out in Section 2).
- You hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Levation and Susan Richardson van Dooren (including her employees, contractors, and any associated persons) from any and all known or unknown claims, demands, actions, damages, or liabilities — including any perceived or actual injuries, losses, or effects — arising out of or in any way connected with your participation, resulting from actions, statements, omissions, or information provided or not provided during the session, course, or program.
- In the event any claim is brought against Levation or Susan Richardson van Dooren (or associated persons) as a result of your actions, omissions, or participation, you (and/or your estate) agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from all such claims, actions, damages, and related costs and expenses (including legal fees).
- You understand that all information provided during the session is confidential and will only be disclosed as required by law.
- You accept this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release freely and with full understanding of its scope and consequences.
- By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge that this constitutes your acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions, including a complete release of any possible liability of Levation and Susan Richardson van Dooren.
You, the Client, accept and agree to all of these Terms and Conditions upon booking or purchasing any goods or services from Levation/Susan Richardson van Dooren and waive any and all legal actions against Levation and Susan Richardson van Dooren, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are made through the Website’s booking form. You must check the box confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms before your booking is confirmed.
- Bookings are occasionally made in person at the studio, via email, text message, telephone, or other non-online methods. By requesting, confirming, or proceeding with an appointment through these channels (e.g., by booking and/or attending the session, making payment, or not objecting after being informed of the Terms), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms are available on the Website (https://levation.ch/en/terms-of-service/), provided upon request (e.g., via email). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the booking.
- In-Person Treatments – Bodywork and Integrated Treatments are recognised by EMR, ASCA, and EGK under Craniosacral Therapy. This includes many Swiss health insurances. Please clarify with your health insurance for further information regarding your coverage plan. A bill addressed to you and a form for your health insurance will be sent by mail at the end of each month. Payments can be made via bank transfer within 30 days of the bill’s issuing date.
- Distance healing sessions are prepaid via Stripe at the time of booking.
- All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT where required.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Appointments (in-person or distance healing) may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice incur the full session fee.
- Levation reserves the right to introduce a small administrative fee (e.g., CHF 10) for earlier cancellations of distance healing sessions to cover transaction costs. Notice of any such change will be provided in advance.
- Digital products (guided meditations, courses) are non-refundable once delivered. Technical issues will be addressed promptly upon contact.
5. Distance Healing Sessions
- Live sessions are conducted via Zoom at the booked time. Recordings are available only upon your explicit request and are provided via Zoom’s recording feature.
- Asynchronous sessions are performed during the booked one-hour time slot. Written feedback will be prepared and sent by email following the session.
- You may receive the benefits while relaxing or continuing normal activities. Results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
6. Website content and associated social media accounts
While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, Levation/Susan Richardson van Dooren and any of her affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website, affiliated social media accounts, products, services, advice or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
By engaging with or using any resources, information, or content offered on the Website or affiliated social media accounts, you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hold Levation and Susan Richardson van Dooren harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from your use or non-use of such information, and you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for the outcomes in your own life. You also agree to seek appropriate professional medical advice or care in relation to any issues with your physical or psychological health.
7. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Levation and Susan Richardson van Dooren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
- In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
- By booking and participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release, discharge, and hold harmless Levation, Susan Richardson van Dooren, and any associated persons from any claims, demands, or causes of action—known or unknown—arising from or related to your participation, including any emotional, energetic, physical reactions, or perceived lack of results.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal and health information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Swiss data protection laws. Please see our separate Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, session materials, and feedback is the intellectual property of Susan Richardson van Dooren and protected by copyright. Sharing, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or German, at Levation’s choice. Each party shall bear its own costs.
11. Changes to Terms
Levation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and become effective immediately. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent and economic purpose of the parties.
