An Integrated Treatment combines the structural depth and support of a Bodywork Treatment with Energy Work or Hypnosis, offering a holistic and individually tailored experience that engages both physical structure and deeper internal processes.
Bodywork forms the foundation. Through focused, refined manual techniques, tension and restrictions within the body’s interconnected tissues are addressed, supporting its natural capacity to regulate, release, and restore. At the same time, it offers sustained, deeply supported relaxation.
When energetic modalities are woven into the session, awareness expands beyond the purely physical. This encourages greater coherence across physical, emotional, and energetic layers, enriching the overall process.
Hypnosis can extend the work into deeper layers of awareness. In a relaxed and focused state, attention turns inward, where habitual patterns can become more accessible. Within this receptive state, new perspectives can emerge and shifts unfold — in alignment with your natural rhythm.
I can highly recommend the integrated treatment with Susan. The mixture of body and energy work really helped me to regain my balance.
